You will receive tracking information once your package has shipped. Orders will be processed within one to seven business days. Please factor in weekends and holidays. Therefore, we are unable to make any guarantees of delivery days or times. If a package is returned due to insufficient address or undeliverable as addressed, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item. If the buyer chooses not to have the items resent and opts for a refund, shipping fees are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
