The Fine Hair Collection provides only premium quality double weft, 100% virgin hair extensions that are soft, silky and full. Though we provide the best quality hair to our customers, the life expectancy of your hair extensions will depend on your daily usage, care, and maintenance. With proper care, daily maintenance your hair can last years.

Shop Now, Pay Later gives customers the option of placing their order now and paying later. Your total will will be broken into 4 smaller interest-free payments. Select SEZZLE/QuadPay at Checkout. It only takes a few minutes to sign up.

The number of bundles needed depends on your style and preference. We suggest you confirm the number required from your hair stylist. Our suggestions:

  • For any lengths under 22” we suggest at three (3) bundles.
  • For lengths over 22-26” we recommend three to four(3-4) bundles.
  • For lengths over 26” we recommend four(4) bundles

Yes, we recommend you co-wash of your bundles before they are installed.

Yes, you can use heat on your extensions. We don’t recommend using excessive heat on your hair. Please be cautious with using flat irons and hot curlers, do not let the item touch the weft as it may damage it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Thank you for your order. Your order will ship after your order is processed and according to your selected shipping option. There are several shipping options. The quickest option is 1-3 business days and the longest is  7-10 business days.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. The email will include your tracking information.

If you have any delivery issues, we recommend that you contact the courier service directly.  Please have your tracking number available when you call. Please contact us if you haven’t received your delivery and are unable to track your order.

**If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair purchase, we will be more than willing to process a refund or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.  Please request a refund within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

**Exclusions – The Hair CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED AFTER TAGS/WRAPS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR IF HAIR PATTERN HAS BEEN BROKEN, WASHED OR USED! Before using your hair, please inspect the hair thoroughly to make sure that you’ve received the correct length, color, texture, and quantity as per your desire. Haircare and Spa products cannot be returned. Refunds cannot be processed for any custom orders, special closures, (HD, 360, transparent, film or Swiss lace), wigs, or hair products. We cannot refund any orders financed via Sezzle, QuadPay, PayPal or any Shop Now, Pay Later companies. Only exchanges are available for purchases made via finance options.

Please verify your address before submitting final order. The Fine Hair Collection is not responsible for the incorrect addresses and/or if something is lost or stolen during delivery process.  We will be more than happy to help you sort out your delivery issue with the courier. You will need to file a claim for your lost/stolen items with the courier company and we will surely assist you. Again, we recommend you to verify all the shipping information before placing your order.

Yes, we offer completely safe payment options. Your credit card information is never saved at The Fine Hair Collection. It always remains the personal property of the cardholder – before, during, and after the product purchase. All of our transactions are processed through secure payment methods.
