Please be aware that we provide 100% human hair. Each donor’’s hair is unique. Be ensured that we will provide you quality hair. All bundles are approximately 3.5 ounces (100 grams) and are natural in color. All standard closures and frontals are medium brown. Some photos may include various lace. We are confident in our products and offer a 100% guarantee and a 7-day return policy*. If you are not pleased with what you see when your hair arrives, please contact us. We want to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. Our satisfied customers are the reason behind our successful business.
Once your order has been completed, you will automatically get a sales receipt. We advise our customers to keep the sales receipt in the rare event there is an issue with your order.

By law, we cannot resell any human hair products that makes contact with bare scalp. Before using your hair, please inspect the hair thoroughly to make sure that you have received the right length, color, texture, quantity and quality as per your desire. We highly encourage our customers to inspect and examine all of the hair products without opening the bundles. Please do not remove any of the hair tags. We cannot process a refund on custom, special or made to order items. We cannot process a refund for items financed by a 3rd party. Refunds cannot be processed if hair tags have been broken or removed. The coils and waves on any Curly and Wave hair must be intact. Do not pulled apart, finger combed or brushed the wave/coils in the hair. If the style pattern is broken on the curly or wave hair, we cannot process a return/exchange for the product. All hair that is exchanged or returned; must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. If for some reason you have any problems with your order please contact us immediately.

Our return policy is valid and we will honor your request only if you have made a return within 7 days of receipt of your order and the order qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Yes, we restock the items that are sold out or out of stock but it takes some time so be patient with us!
We recommend customers ship their orders to addresses that are permanent and can accept deliveries. Please, please make sure you enter your address correctly while ordering so you can receive the shipments easily and on time. - Buy and receive your purchase right away, and pay for it over several months. This payment option allows you to split the price of your purchase into fixed payment amounts that fit your monthly budget.

After you provide this information, Affirm notifies you of the loan amount that you’re approved for, the interest rate, and the number of months that you have to pay off your loan — all within seconds.

What is Sezzle, and how does it work?
Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later – with no interest!
When you place an order through Sezzle, our unique approvals system reviews your account to determine what sort of repayment plan we can offer. In most cases, it’s 25% of the order total due up-front (also called your “downpayment” or “first installment”), with the remaining amount divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest, no up-front or hidden fees. In fact, as long as you pay off your installments on time, there are no fees at all!
When your order is placed, Sezzle pays the merchant in-full for the order immediately – so the merchant has their funds and is able to process your order just like if you had paid them in full with a credit card! This isn’t layaway, so the merchant fulfills your order within their normal shipping and processing times.
